I've had discomfort in my neck and back for a couple of years now and I attribute some of that to being a long time chest breather.

I've noticed improvements in my body as well as my state of mind by practicing breathing exercises and making sure I stay active in different ways to avoid putting pressure on my body through repetitive motion.
